On Thursday 6 October, Property Brokers real estate agent Greg Ariell handed over a cheque for $1000 to Greg Lang, Chairman of Toi Wairarapa – Heart of Arts at the Heart of Arts community arts, culture and heritage hub in Carterton. Mr. Ariell, who recently began working in Carterton, became Heart of Arts’ first Gold Sponsor when he entered into a sponsorship arrangement with Heart of Arts based on properties listed and sold by him. This contribution from Mr. Ariell is matched by Property Brokers to show their support for a great community initiative.
“Heart of Arts is a real asset” said Mr. Ariell “and I’m pleased to support it to help ensure Carterton remains a vibrant and thriving community”. Mr. Ariell added “I’ve enjoyed partnering with Heart of Arts to develop their sponsorship programme and want to acknowledge the fantastic work that Corrinne Oliver, Heart of Arts’ coordinator, and her team of volunteers put into the hub.”
“Property Brokers are pleased to match this contribution by Mr. Ariell to Heart of Arts as our way of celebrating his early success in Carterton and Property Brokers’ commitment to supporting communities that it works in” said Guy Mordaunt, Property Brokers’ regional manager for the Wairarapa.
Mr. Lang said that “with the support of local business people like Mr. Ariell and the team at Property Brokers, Heart of Arts continues to go from strength to strength.” Mr. Lang also acknowledged the work of Heart of Arts trustees who are giving freely of their time to ensure Hearts of Arts’ success continues, in particular Ron Shaw who is leading the sponsorship programme.
