Kathy Bartlett is a Wairarapa born artist. Working mostly in portraiture, in oils, acrylic and gouache. She studied fine art at the Learning Connexion in Wellington. Recent projects include the FORWARD billboard public exhibition as part of the 2015 Kokomai Festival.
